Guests will have full access to the apartment throughout their stay. Amenities are available at the property's discretion, and refunds cannot be processed if an amenity is closed during your stay. A maximum of two pets (40 lbs combined) is allowed, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. An additional pet fee is based on stay length and is collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. Guests must provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, and pass through a verification portal. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
