This spacious apartment features an inviting living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool (seasonal, open summer through Labor Day, closed in winter), a sundeck, a fitness center, a grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. You will also have direct access to the Monon Trail. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. While designs are based on the provided photos, each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features. The apartment is wheelchair accessible. Guests will have full access to the apartment throughout their stay. Amenities are available at the property's discretion, and refunds cannot be processed if an amenity is closed during your stay. Major employers like P&G, Western & Southern, and Great American Insurance are just moments away, making your daily commute quick and easy. When the workday wraps, you're perfectly positioned to enjoy the city's best: take a stroll to Fountain Square, browse local boutiques, or catch a Reds game at Great American Ball Park—all just a short walk from your front door. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, with restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets (40 lbs combined) is allowed, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. An additional pet fee is based on stay length and is collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. Guests must provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, and pass through a verification portal. Important note: The information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation, you agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions, provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in, and undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
