Oakley - Very nice two-bedroom apartment on the second floor of a two family on a quiet cul de sac. Everything has been updated from floor to ceiling. The apartment has refinished hard wood floors throughout as well as new 2 inch faux blinds and newer double pane windows. Ceiling fans can be found in each bedroom and the dining room. Each bedroom has nice size closets with a coat closet in the hallway. The kitchen has retro cabinets with plenty of cabinet space, granite counter tops, new stainless steel sink, wainscoting and stainless steel appliances (microwave, gas range and fridge). New lighting through out. The apartment has central air and forced gas heat with a programmable thermostat. A washer and dryer are provided in the basement. Each unit has a separate water heater and furnace. There is additional storage in the basement or the large garage, which has a garage door opener and remote. Very nice back patio and private backyard. No smoking or pets. Owner pays all utilities. This is a very well maintained property.
