Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps, and complimentary coffee. The apartment allows a maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40lbs, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. A pet fee may also be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Located in a vibrant neighborhood known for its plethora of restaurants, bars, and professional sports stadiums, there’s plenty to explore during your getaway to Cincinnati. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, with restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. Lime and Bird electric scooters are also available for rent. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No smoking or parties are allowed, and no outside guests are permitted without permission. Guests must provide a valid photo ID to complete the booking. The apartment has a noise policy that requires guests to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors to ensure compliance. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance and police involvement for violations.
