You can also enjoy a washer dryer in-unit for free, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. While designs are based on the representative photos, each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed with an additional pet fee based on stay length, collected separately. No Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, or similar breeds are allowed. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or experiences. You’ll find everything from casual local coffee shops to high-end local eateries, and shops and attractions around every corner. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, with restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. There are also Lime and Bird electric scooters in the area available for rent. No smoking or parties are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
