Building amenities include a large outdoor pool (seasonal, open summer through Labor Day), a sundeck, a fitness center, a grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. Enjoy in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps, and complimentary coffee. The apartment allows a maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. Known for its plethora of restaurants, bars, and professional sports stadiums, Cincinnati offers plenty to explore during your getaway. From casual local coffee shops to high-end eateries, shops, and attractions, everything is around the corner. A car isn’t necessary as restaurants, entertainment, and activities are within walking distance. Lime and Bird electric scooters are also available for rent in the area. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No smoking or parties are allowed, and outside guests require permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days or more) are subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance meaning police will be called for violations.
