However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.

We welcome 2 pets (dog or cat) per apartment home. There is a $200 pet deposit ($200 non-refundable) for the first pet. Pet rent is $35 per month. Breed restrictions apply.
