Our open-concept apartments feature a spacious living room, dining area, and kitchen with all major appliances, including a dishwasher. Each unit includes its own laundry hookups, and we also offer washers and dryers for rent. You'll even receive one free garage space with your unit. Select units have balconies or enclosed patios, perfect for enjoying the beautiful outdoors. The security deposit required is equal to one month's rent, with residents responsible for electricity through Duke Energy, while water utilities are paid to SNS Management on an individual basis.
