The Whittier Beach House also features a fenced-in backyard and a lovely patio to enjoy. :) The Space: Once you walk up to the front porch, you'll come up to a beautifully colored blue front door, which has a keypad on it for easy access in and out of the home. Once you enter the front door, you'll step into a beautiful foyer with a shoe rack to store your shoes neatly. You'll see stairs to your right and the professionally designed living room to your left. Once you go into the living room, you'll see an open concept from the living room to the kitchen and the dining room. The kitchen offers a spacious place to cook for you and your friends and family, with a beautiful island that can seat two people, and a beautifully designed dining room that will seat six. There is a full bathroom right off the dining room. There is a backdoor located in the dining room that leads you outside to the back porch with some outdoor furniture and a nice sized backyard that is fully privacy fenced in. Once you head upstairs, you'll see one of the three lovely bedrooms the upstairs has to offer, with a desk and office chair and a queen bed for your comfort. To the right you'll come to the master bedroom, with a full bath and a large walk-in, which also includes a queen bed. Walking down the hallway you'll see a door to your right (right before the steps), this hides away the stackable washer and dryer. Continuing down the hallway to your right, you'll come to the third bedroom, with a comfortable queen bed and tastefully designed. At the end of the hallway to your left you'll notice another full bathroom. Parking and Guest Access: There is parking available on the street right in front of the house, and you'll have full access to the house during your stay! Other things to note Please note this house is on a bit of a busy street, so there may be noise from traffic, but it is very minimal once inside the home. If you want to rent this furnished or on a shorter term basis for an additional fee it can be negotiated.
