This three-bedroom ranch home is the perfect spot for your family to stay for a few nights or a few weeks. The house features a spacious living room, three bedrooms, and one and a half bathrooms, all on a single level. The well-appointed living and dining room is a great space to spend time or share a meal with your group. You'll love the renovated kitchen and bathrooms, and you can enjoy the fenced backyard as well. Enter into a spacious, updated living room. The newly renovated kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to make a delicious meal. The dining room has seating for four, with extra chairs available. Three bedrooms with queen beds and quality mattresses will ensure you sleep well. The basement is unfinished but includes a washer and dryer. Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay: $35 for less than 5 nights, $50 for 5 to 30 nights, and $100 for 30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked. The Berkeley Bungalow is situated in a quiet location on the southeast side of Columbus, providing a serene environment for your stay. Guests will access the home through a keypad lock. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old, and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion to ensure the safety and security of the community. A valid driver’s license or ID and a signed Rental Agreement are required after booking to receive arrival instructions.
