Olde Orchard Neighborhood

The Olde-Orchard community is located in eastern Columbus, Ohio, just east of the I-270 Loop. The neighborhood is bordered on the north by East Broad Street, on the west by I-270, on the south by East Main Street, and on the east by Brice Road.

This family-friendly community offers a wide variety of homes, both single-family and townhome styles. Prices range from $150K to $200K on average and renting is also an option in the area.

Schools that area students attend include: Rose Hill Elementary School, Kae Avenue Elementary School, Rosemore Middle School, Yorktown Middle School, Reynoldsburg High School, and Walnut Ridge High School.

Shopping is convenient for residents of Olde-Orchard, with Main 270 Shopping Center and Carnaby Mall Shopping Center not far away, both are located at the intersection of Highway 40 and McNaughten Road. Here residents will find shopping at stores such as; Burlington Coat Factory, Appliance Smart, Play It Again Sports, and TJ Maxx, as well as dining at restaurants such as; Outback Steakhouse, Texas Roadhouse, and Steak ‘N’ Shake. There are a multitude of choices for golf enthusiasts to pick from in the area for a good olde round of golf; Columbus Country Club serves as the golfing hub for area residents, due to its close proximity to the community. Located just a little further away, residents can visit Walnut Hill Golf Club or Blacklick Woods Golf Course, for a little variety.

Nearby parks let residents get out and enjoy nature walks, picnics, or a game of ball. Some of the parks in the area include; Whitehall Community Park, Big Walnut Park, JF Kennedy Park, and Huber Park.

Mt. Carmel East Hospital, located within the Olde-Orchard community, at the intersection of East Broad Street and I-270, offers residents easy access to top quality medical care.
