Olentangy High Bluffs subdivision is located northwest of Downtown Columbus in the 43235 zip code.
The borders are the eastern border of Highbanks Metro Park on the west, a large lake to the north, the backs of buildings located on High Street on the east and the Worthington Christian Village retirement complex and Corona Court Circle on the south.
Main thoroughfares include US 23/High Street, Lazelle Road/County Line Road (separating Franklin and Delaware counties,) I-270 to the south and the Olentangy Freeway/Route 315 to the west.
The entrance to the subdivision is by way of Highbluffs Boulevard west from High Street. Highbluffs meanders into a series of circular drives and cul-de-sacs of single-family homes built in the 1980s and condos built in the 2000s.
Nearby schools are in the Worthington City School District, and the schools are Worthington Hills Elementary, McCord Middle School, and Worthington Kilbourne High.
Shopping, dining, and services can be found in a strip mall right in front of the Olentangy High Bluffs subdivision on High Street, as well as other locations on High Street and Lazelle Road. Nearby shopping areas include the Worthington Square Shopping Center just south of I-270, the Olentangy Valley Centre Shopping Center on the west, and the Polaris Town Center Shopping Center in the northeast.
Parks include Highbanks Metropark west of Olentangy High Bluffs, and Sharon Woods Metropark to the east near I-71. A number of country clubs are nearby including Worthington Hills, York Temple, and Brookside Country Clubs. Landmarks include the Worthington Christian Village retirement complex and Camp Mary Orton, a retreat for children served by the Godman Guild Association.
