Scioto Woods sits in a prime location. The neighborhood is just a short drive from downtown Columbus, Ohio State University, area hospitals, and several shopping, dining, and entertainment options.

Residents have easy commutes to work due to their proximity to major freeways like Interstate 270 and Interstate 70.

The Raymond Memorial Golf Course lies adjacent to Scioto Woods, across from Trabue Road. This 18-hole, championship course was founded in 1954. Its new clubhouse, overlooking the lush greens and fairways, is a popular place to hold corporate banquets and wedding receptions.

This neighborhood, which surrounds Scioto Woods Park, is considered both pet friendly and walkable. This nine-acre park is open from sunrise to sunset, and feature picnic tables and playgrounds.
