There are many colleges and universities in the greater Columbus area. Capital University at 1 College and Main is a private, four-year institution with a highly respected post-graduate law school. Ohio Dominican University is at 1216 Sunbury Road, east of Downtown, and is a 100-year old liberal arts college founded in the Catholic and Dominican tradition. The Columbus College of Art and Design at 107 North Ninth Street is uniquely equipped to help artists turn their passion into a vocation. Ohio State University, the country’s largest land grant university, has 50,000 students attending the main campus on North High Street.
