Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. If smoking of any kind takes place inside, there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for an additional $40 per night with a maximum of $240.
