Central AC and hot water heater less than 2 years old. NOTE: We are finishing the last bits of construction on this house on the weekend of January 25/26. It is not 100% finished. However, I am opening the house to be viewed, and ready to accept applications on Sunday January 26, from noon to 4 PM. I can also meet to show this house the evenings of January 27-29. This house should be ready for move in by February 1. Renter is responsible for all utilities. Duke electric, Butler Co Sewer, SW Water, and Rumpke does trash removal. A one year lease is required to start, then we typically change to month to month. If an additional one year lease is desired and both parties are happy, we would sign another year lease. Prior to move in, deposit plus first month's rent must be paid in full and utilities in renter's name.
