This lovely little studio is located on the corner of Brady Street and Depeyster right downtown. This is a private unit with a private deck. There are 5 other units in the house that are all private apartments but the basement is communal where the coin-op washer and dryer, and storage is available.Rent is $585 and we pay for the heat, water, and trash so you are only responsible for the electric and internet.The lease is short due to the current resident moving early so we want to keep it on our August rotation but you have the option to stay after this lease expires so ultimately, you would live there for either 5 months or 17 months.If you need a place sooner than March, there is a one bedroom available now on Main Street for $750 a month. Neither location accepts section 8.
