With lots of small-town charm, Marysville offers residents nine parks, including a bike trail, a Frisbee golf course, horseshoe pits, a pool, and a skateboard park. During summer, the downtown area hosts a monthly Friday night festival, “Friday Nights Uptown.” Other festivals include the All Ohio Balloon Festival and the Union County Fair. The Marysville Farmer’s Market is held downtown from May through October and features fresh, local produce, baked goods, and events.

Companies located in Marysville include Honda of America Manufacturing, the Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, Parker Hannifin Hydraulics, Nestle, and the Good Year Tire and Rubber Company. In addition to great employment, Marysville has great places to eat, including Doc Henderson’s, Benny’s Pizza, Boston’s Gourmet Pizza, Rooster’s Wings, and Jerry’s House of Hunan. There are several shopping plazas in Marysville, as well.
