We have quality and responsive maintenance on staff to make quick repairs, however, we only lease to highly responsible tenants who are respectful of our time, as we will be with you! Thus, you'll need to be able to make small normal repairs, keep up with HVAC filters and batteries, ensure no clogged drains, etc. We screen heavily as we only want quality responsible people as our residents. The screening system does do a complete evictions check, credit check, criminal background check, and reference check. There is a $50 non- refundable application fee for each adult 18+ who will occupy the property. We like to see a credit score of at least 640+, and bank statements, proof of income/pay stubs, and reference check will be performed. That said, we DO work with many situations.
