We are currently accepting applications for a space in our building in Ontario. You are close to everything, in this two bedroom, one bath apartment (assuming one or two renters, slightly higher for a third and fourth person). There is an area right off the kitchen that is perfect for a dining space with its own light fixture over the table. The snow is plowed for you in the winter (something to celebrate here in Ohio!) The best part is the location: walking distance from half a dozen restaurants and a 30 second drive to everything Ontario has to offer. We are blessed to have lovely tenants, some of whom have made this building their home for nearly a decade. The unit is complete with air conditioner, refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, and disposal. The entire property is NON-SMOKING (each apartment, the hallways, the common areas, outdoors). A carport space is included, together with an outdoor, locking storage space. Your only additional expense will be the electric service and internet/cable. The monthly rent for a one-year lease is $595. If you elect a two-year lease it is $545.
