The household income has to be more than 3X the cost of the rent. ($5100 monthly) Applications are $55 per person 18 and over in the home. This fee covers background checks, credit reports, rental history, and employment verification. Applicants must have excellent rental references and no evictions in the last five years. No Rottweilers, Dobermans, or Bully Breeds!! Our insurance will not allow them.
