We accept 5 pets per apartment home. Animals must weigh less than 50 lbs and aggressive breeds are not permitted—no exceptions will be made. Residents acknowledge and warrant that the Animal is within these guidelines. There is an initial one time fee of $500.00 per pet and additional monthly rent of $30.00 per pet.
