Mayridge Neighborhood

Located next to arterial roadways and just minutes from downtown, the community of Mayridge offers residents ready access to the area’s many amenities. Homes along the western border of the neighborhood overlook Will Rogers Airport.

Mayridge encompasses zip code 73119. The community is bounded by Southwest 44th Street on the north, South May Avenue on the east, Southwest 59th Street on the south and Interstate 44/Will Rogers Expressway on the west. To the south of the community runs the Interstate 240 and to the east is the Interstate 35. The area is primarily residential, although there is an elementary school in the neighborhood.

Of the many appealing aspects of life in Mayridge is Syl Goldman Park, which sits in the southwest section of the community. This city park has a baseball field, playground, and hiking trails. Youngs Park lies outside of the neighborhood to the northeast. It features a playground and sprayground as well as plenty of room to roam.

For those who enjoy a game of golf, the Willow Creek Golf & Country Club lies outside of the neighborhood to the southeast. This 18-hole course is the home of many tournaments and features rolling, tree-lined fairways. The facility also has three indoor tennis courts and three outdoor lighted tennis courts, as well as a banquet hall.

The Will Rogers Airport sits just outside of Mayridge on the west. Named after the late comedian/cowboy, this bustling airport is one of the busiest in the state. The site is also home to the Ninety Nines Museum of Women Pilots, which is the International Organization of Women Pilots.
