Linens are provided, as well as books, games, and the free TV. Located right across the street from the Intel Aloha campus, it's a breeze to get to work if you work there. 2 driveways for parking, and a huge garage, with laundry facilities. The backyard is large and is fully fenced in, with a patio, table, BBQ and hammock. The windows in the house are double paned to cancel noise from outside. Close to shopping and restaurants, and a major throughway, it's a very convenient spot to live. Pets okay, but we charge a refundable pet deposit of $250 per pet (Refunded if no damage is done to the property when you move out). No smoking. Renters insurance required.
