Located less than a mile from the Brightwood Beach, Sandy Ridge Mt Bike park, hiking trails, Brightwood Store, Post office and tavern. Near the Mt Hood express bus stops. First, last and security deposit is required all equaling the amount of rent. Do to insurance restrictions dogs we'll be considered, yet the breads must not fall on the Rentprep, insurance and dog breed restrictions. There is no kitchen in this unit, yet micro wave and area to grill out side.
