Of course, if you'd like to renew, you'll have the opportunity to stay an additional 12 months.** We designed this brand-new house with your needs in mind, starting with keyless locks on the front door and on every bedroom. (Fumbling for keys or getting locked out? Never again.) The expansive great room is filled with windows and includes a 65" TV already mounted for you. It’s even air-conditioned! The luxury kitchen features 2 fridges and a large island, and even soft-close cabinet drawers. And did we mention that every bedroom is a master suite? Each room in the house has an independent heating system, and every bedroom also has ethernet wiring. Your house includes dedicated parking, and a large bike garage. Your neighbors in the downstairs apartment have an entrance to the side of the house, out of the way. You'll have our own secure package delivery box, so your online orders will always be safe from porch pirates. Since this house is under construction, the photos are of the most recent house we built in Corvallis, which is similar. The floor plans shown are the actual floor plans. This home is PET-FRIENDLY! For each pet, there is a $20 monthly fee and a one-time $225 refundable deposit. We are a small company, and we work hard to give personalized service!
