The Corvallis Mobile Home Park is an All Age Community in Benton County located next door to the Benton County Fairgrounds off NW 53rd and Harrison. We have a variety of resident owned Mobile Homes, that at times, come up for sale, as well as empty Lots for RV's and Tiny Home's. Call for current availability and monthly Lot Rent We offer short and long term ( month to month) leases. Office Hours are Monday-Friday 9 am to 5 pm Closed Weekends and Holidays. All RV's and Tiny Homes coming in must not be more than 20 years old at the time of applying for residency. Example: if you applying for residency in 2024, the home year cannot be more than 2004. All homes coming in will be inspected to meet park standards and abide by the Community Rules.
