As you make your way inside you will find an open floor plan great for entertaining, large front windows to allow natural lighting and a wonderful view of the river. The home has hard surface flooring throughout main living areas, bathrooms, and utility room while the bedrooms have carpet. Outside you will find a large yard that wraps around the entire home with a nice sized storage shed toward the back side of the property. Great for a family who loves nature and living a bit out of town. Rent is $2,600.00 per month and Security Deposit starts at $4,200.00. Pets accepted with an additional $500 toward the security deposit for first pet and $250 for each additional. When submitting your application, you will need to provide at least the last three months worth of paystubs/proof of income. All applications must have income verification attached to be accepted. If the proof is not attached, we will not review the application. • Monthly Income Requirement: Gross household income should be 2.5x the rent. ?
