No application fee until applicant has passed initial application review. We do an initial application review before we request the Background Check fee and do not want money unless you make it through the initial application review. Once in the final stages, a $40 fee will be assessed to run full background check. Rest assured, we are not happy to see anyone being scammed or upset with unfair property management practices.
