Walking trails across the street. Street parking on 3rd. New flooring throughout the house. Close to shopping, the Britt festival, walking trails, the airport, and hospitals. SHOWINGS are by video tour only to avoid disturbing our tenants. Costs: $300 monthly utility fee, which covers all utilities plus a streaming TV subscription, wifi, trash and landscaping.
