This is a perfect space for a single renter or a couple. It is a nice, clean, quiet, safe space to reside. The new heat/and ac unit keeps the unit whatever temperatures you wish all year round. For very cheap. Its great. Kitchen has a new refrigerator and a new dishwasher. Electric stove, and microwave. Bathroom is kinda small but has a nice shower which gets warm quick, good lighting, and enough storage for your bathroom needs. New bathroom appliances. The parking is near the recycling for easy access, and near the only visitor spaces in the lot. This unit comes with access to the Mt Park fitness facility. Please look at webpage: Mtparkhoa dot com it is an incredible facility with free coffee in the morning, a great reception team, a reading room, couple different gym areas, gym and dance classes, an incredible pool that has a hottub, waterslide, and lazy river/infinity pool running consistently and 3 lap lanes. Also a sauna and steam room. Basketball court, table tennis table. Its massive and incredible. I would go there everyday. Really great space. Head over there for a free tour. The location of this unit is great. Its in a quiet area among the trees, yet also very close to every direction. Its easy to get on the I5 N or to take capital hwy to Portland. It is close to the I5 S and 217 to get to Tigard, Tualatin, Wilsonville and Salem. Close to Costco, Home Depot, New Seasons, Fred Meyer, Safeway, Albertsons, Trader Joes. Theres walking trails in the area. Lots of parks including Tryon Creek Park, Gabriel Park, Westlake Park. Really great space. Any questions please feel free to reach out.
