The home is an unfurnished studio condo with a north facing city view from the 6th floor. Freshly painted throughout. Brazilian cherry hardwood floors. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator and stove, granite countertop, and mahogany cabinets. Rent includes all utilities, including basic cable TV and fiber internet, and free use of washers and dryers in the shared laundry room. Smoking not allowed. Cats and small dogs OK. Two video tours are available via email. One video is a tour of the condo when it was furnished. The other tour shows it unfurnished, as it is now.
