Bus lines #8 and #24 are very close by. Ample street parking. Note: the bedroom and main living space are separated by a knee-wall, not a full wall. Looking for long-term renter but am open to conversations about different situations. I live upstairs with my teenaged son. We're pretty quiet and we'd like our downstairs neighbors to be. We've been lucky to have had respectful, easy-to-live with renters to date and would like to continue the streak. Sorry, no animals. We've got a nervous kitty who lives on the property.
