4348 N Michigan Ave Townhouse

Looking for a person to rent a private space in 3-story townhouse on a month to month basis starting February 1st. The first floor has two rooms, up to tenant to pick which to use as a bedroom, other can be an office space. The front room is bright and spacious with sliding glass doors and a patio. The second room has a smaller window and an attached full bathroom with a tub. The first and second floors have hardwood flooring, with carpeted stairs. The shared second floor includes the kitchen, living room, and a half bath. This townhouse is in a prime location, just steps away from all the shops, dining, and entertainment options on historic Mississippi Avenue. Parking is readily available nearby. Each floor is about 500 sq ft with a balcony/patio. The third floor has the washer dryer, as well as my personal office and bedroom. I have a cat so I’d prefer no other cats, but am not completely opposed to it.
