Newly remodeled 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom condo with charming forest views. Efficient and comfortable layout with open spaces. Lots of natural light and privacy with balcony and main windows facing the forest. Large trees provide shade during the summer, so the two portable AC units included only need to be used for about 3 to 4 weeks during the summer heat spikes. Compact washer & dryer all-in-one with vent in the unit. Additional large washer and dryers in the shared laundry room right outside the condo. Assigned covered parking spot for 1 car and additional guest parking spaces available right in front of the unit. The Rec Center has a heated swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, showers, social room, kitchen and party room that can be rented for the day. The complex also has three tennis courts that have a few cracks but are in ok shape for friendly matches.
