Capitol Gardens is a peaceful townhouse community with convenient access to I-5 and Capitol Highway. The modern updated units, lovely landscaped walking paths, seasonal pool, and ample covered parking are professionally maintained by our own on-site management & maintenance team. Our extra large townhouse style homes are 2 or 3 bedrooms with 1.5 baths and a variety of single level flats, two story, or roomy split level floodplains. Most even have a private fenced yard! **Water/sewer is $150 for first person, and each additional person in the unit (no matter age) is an additional $10. Application fee is $49 for each person 18 and over. No pets are allowed. Specials on certain units
