This four bedroom, two bath ranch house is located across from the Fir Acres campus, with an easy 5 minute walk through the neighborhood to the law campus. The large, double corner lot provides lots of trees and peace and quiet. It has a small but serviceable dining room and kitchen, with a second refrigerator in the old garage / turned bonus room.
