Tenant liability/renters Insurance coverage of $100,000 required(Unless minimum income requirements are met). Security Deposit is 1x-1.5x's monthly rent depending on screening results. All RipCity Property Management residents have the opportunity to be enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for $33.95/month which includes credit building to help boost the resident’s credit score with timely rent payments, up to $1M Identity Theft Protection, HVAC air filter delivery (for applicable properties), move-in concierge service making utility connection and home service setup a breeze during your move-in and our best-in-class resident rewards program. Residents have the option to enroll into the on-demand pest control and insurance components if they wish. In such cases, pricing will be adjusted accordingly. On-demand pest control is additionally $15/month and the Insurance is $11.95/month. More details are available upon application.
