Owner pays for water and septic. The building is well insulated. You must cut the grass immediately around your cottage. For an additional fee, the owner can add your grass to its landscape contract. Feel free to garden around the cottage. You shovel snow from the plowed drive to your cottage. Some storage available in the basement. Rent is $1150 per month plus the utilities listed above. This unit does not accept Berks Housing Vouchers.
