The maximum number of occupants for this unit is 4. Application fee is $47.00 for each person 18 or over. You need first month rent, last month rent and one month security deposit to move in. The following documents are required with the completely filled out application: Proof of income (paystubs) and proof of funds (bank statement) for your up front money. Apartment is available approximately 2-4 weeks after application is approved as landlord has to obtain Use and Occupancy Permit. NO PETS and NO SMOKING.
