Unit also has front and side porch, along with nice yard (including section for garden). Owner pays for water, sewer, recycling, and trash removal. Tenant pays for Natural Gas, Electricity, Snow Removal, and Lawn Maintenance. Owner can do Lawn Maintenance for additional monthly fee. Some pets will be considered. Some breeds/sizes of dogs will be denied (Owner's discretion for approval/denial of pets).
