Newly remodeled 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home in Duquesne. This is a side-by-side duplex. No pets are allowed, and smoking is not allowed inside. The monthly rent is $1,300, with a $1,300 security deposit. Section 8 will be accepted. The tenant is responsible for all utilities except trash. There is a $45 application fee per person 18 and over who would be residing at the residence. The unit is expected to be available by 12/1/24, but this is not guaranteed. Even if the unit is not ready for occupancy, showings will start by 11/22/24 and I am scheduling appointments for that date. Interested parties who wish to apply will be listed and contacted when the unit is ready to be occupied.
