To qualify for this property you will need to fill out a rental application online, one per adult over the age of 18. Minimum household Income requirement is 3 times the /monthly rent in gross income and must have the proper documentation to verify this amount. Pets considered on a case by case basis. If approved there is a $350 non-refundable pet fee + $35/month in pet rent.
