This new home adjoins my new, two car garage completely separate from main house. The country setting is breathtaking with wonderful views of farmland and horse pasture. Building was constructed for family member. It has all the comforts of home in a brand new setting. This will be in my retirement home so it was thoughtfully designed for comfort. We chose in the floor radiant heat, 15 foot ceilings, and the perfect setting for this modern cottage style home. We are just blocks away from the University, public transportation, hiking biking skiing, kayaking, and more read the first one to enjoy this beautiful space. We also include weekly maid service. This property is a must see. Property is set up as a short term rental. Many options are available with a minimum 30 day stay.
