Freedom, PA Houses for Rent

Along a bend in the Ohio River, the rural borough of Freedom proudly celebrates its long history. Founded in 1832, Freedom is in Beaver County 24 miles northwest of Pittsburgh and two miles from Rochester. Commuters enjoy an easy trip on Route 65 and Interstate 79, and the Pittsburgh International Airport is a quick 15 miles away.

With several nearby golf courses and a plethora of historic sites, finding something to do in Freedom is easy. Visit the Beaver Area Heritage Museum, take a guided tour of the Frankfort Mineral Springs, hike to a waterfall (Buttermilk Falls is an urban waterfall located in Homewood), or attend a festival, such as Freedom Vicary Days Festival. This annual August festival features hayrides, a petting zoo, live entertainment, arts & crafts, food, a parade, and fireworks.

Great schools, friendly neighborhoods, and several restaurants and shopping areas make Freedom a great place to call home.
