Newtown Place is pet friendly and we are happy to welcome your pet with a $200 non-refundable pet fee and $35 monthly pet fee per pet. We allow up to two pets with a maximum combined weight of 100 pounds. We are now accepting all dog breeds!

There is a total weight limit of 100 pounds and breed restrictions apply. Monthly Pet Rent: $35 per pet and a $200 non-refundable pet fee is also due.
