This new construction row home is ideally located a few blocks from the main Fishtown and Northern Liberties commercial areas, as well as the Girard Street SEPTA stop. My family most recently lived here, and we are looking for medium to long-term tenants to treat it as their home. Bedroom 1 - in basement with window and standard closet, fits queen size bed comfortably; plus desk, dresser, etc. Bedroom 2 - second floor front of house, with large window and large closet; fits full size bed comfortably, queen size bed against wall; plus desk, dresser. Bedroom 3 - second floor back of house, with large window and standard closet; fits queen size bed comfortably; plus desk, dresser, etc. Bedroom 4 - top floor front of house, with large window and walk-in closet; fits king size bed comfortably; plus desk, dresser, etc. The house is equipped with stainless steal kitchen appliances, washer and dryer in basement, plenty of storage space, central heating and AC, rooftop and backyard. The house is located on a small dead-end street and we have typically just parked our car right out front. Tenant pays for water, electric and gas (cooking and heating). 12-18mo lease preferred, other terms negotiable. No smoking or large parties allowed. The house can be rented partly furnished as well. Renter's insurance is required. Tenant takes care of trash, maintaining outside spaces and snow removal / de-icing. Dogs are allowed, to be determined on individual basis.
