The home has been completely renovated. Finished backyard to lounge and relax in. All appliances are included. Parking is directly outside the front door of the house. Grocery/convenience stores are all within walking distance. Public transportation has stops on both ends of the street so getting around is never a problem. Also, center city is just a 10 block walk away. For those interested in spending time outdoors there is a park right next to the house with a pool, basketball court and baseball/soccer/football fields. The street itself has no opposing row homes on the other side and therefor is a nice and quiet area. However, all the excitement and action of the city and Washington Avenue is directly nearby if desired. The house will be available for move in on March 1st. However, I am open to discussing a later/alternative move in time if that is necessary (best time can be discussed).
