Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps, and complimentary coffee. Please note that only street parking is available. The condo allows a maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. Lawrenceville is a vibrant neighborhood with plenty to explore. Visit local attractions like The Roberto Clemente Museum, Arsenal Bowl, Arsenal Park, and Row House Cinemas. The area is also home to boutique shops and local eateries such as The Abbey on Butler Street, Industry Public House, and The Vandal. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. The apartment is equipped with fast Wi-Fi, making it ideal for remote work.
