This is a great place for CMU students to live. Off campus but super close on Forbes. This is a complex of houses, each features 3 bedrooms. There is also a living room, dining room, kitchen and basement. All appliances are included. The owners are local and known for outstanding service. We have a full time maintenance staff. Units are available for June 1, July 1 and August 1 start dates! By law 3 people only. Utilities in addition to rent. Off-Street parking available.
