77 Hickory St Apartments

This a 1st floor two bedroom apartment for rent, in Etna. I am asking for $900 a month plus gas & light. The comments we normally get when show are, big rooms, great natural light, off street parking (1 spot), small yard, and even a patio. Oh and the stove, hotwater tank, and furnace are natural gas (that is a popular question). The not so fun part is, since there is a small yard it needs to be cut during that time of year. And the first floor, since they have the parking spot, the trade off is sweeping/shoveling the side walk during the other part of th ed year. For what it is worth, my wife and I lived in the apartment many years ago. We found it a convenient place to live. It was a short drive to town for work. Etna has a local convenience store and a few local bars and right up route 8 or 28 is access to shopping. The street is a quiet street an not on the beaten path so the there is not much traffic. All and all it was a nice place to live, when she got pregnant with our third we figured it was time to get a bigger place. If your interested in taking a look at it feel free to call.
